VERTICAL SHAFT CRUSHERS
Processed material has a high percentage of fine with a cubical shape. There are impact armors instead of rock reservoirs in VSI crushers which have close type rotor.
There are 3 types of crushing chambers that can be installed according to the application.
- Stone box system with closed rotor: This system will be generally used for processing the most abresive and hard materials. In addition to that this system offers the lowest costs in maintenance expenses.
- Anvil system with closed rotor: This system will be generally used for processing the medium abresiveness and hardness. In addition to that this system combines closed rotored systems low maintenance costs and anvil systems high and homogenous crushing.
- Anvil system with open rotor: This system will be generally osed for processing less abrasive and soft material. This system offers high crusing percentage and has a advantage of accepting of larger materials.
There are 2 types of VSI crusher rotors that depents on materials abbrasiveness. We are suggesting open rotor system for low abbrasiveness and soft materials; closed rotor systems for abbrasive and hard materials.
By the effect of centrifugal force, feeded material acts as a lining in closed type rotor system. Feeded material covers the inner surfaces of crusher and prevent wearing. In addition to that there are wear-resistant diamond launchers on the area of materials goes out from rotor. This design make it possible to crush more abbrasive materials and reduces maintenance costs.
If we compare open and closed rotor systems we can say that open rotor systems has 3 advantages which are;
- higher crushing ratio,
- higher production and
- simple maintenance.
“Anvil ring” part is an optional accesory for crushing soft and low abrasive materials.
Gradiation is adjustable by changing rotor speed(rpm).
