GURSAN Y-Series Fine Material Washers are used to wash and dewater fine materials obtained from various quarries and mines.

Separation Mechanism: After the washed material settles a the bottom of the trough, it is dragged by the spiral screw blades and discharged through the overflow chutes. Water and sludge are discharged through their respective channels.

Drive System: The washers are driven by a gearbox and gear system.

Screw Blades: The screw blades are manufactured from high-quality sheet metal and are coated with rubber to prevent wear.

These rubber coatings are demountable (can be disassembled and reassembled), allowing for easy replacement of the worn part.

Adjustability: The body inclination of the washer can be adjusted via the legs.

Models: They are offered in single and double screw options, depending on their capacities.
