The feeding chutes are supported by Ø89 and Ø139 impact rollers, preventing belt abrasion when the material is first discharged onto the belt. Efficiency is increased with a stone-cushioned discharge chutethat minimizes wear and ensures a smooth material flow.

Screw tensioning systems are used for conveyors up to 40 meters, while weighted tensioning systems are used for conveyors 40 meters and longer, ensuring ideal belt tension for every length.

Walking platforms (single or double-sided) that facilitate operation monitoring and easy- to-remove/install cover systems to prevent dust emission are offered as options.
