GURSAN Impact Crushers can be used in both primary and secondary stages. Especially in the primary stage, they produce a higher proportion of fine material compared to Jaw Crushers, reducing the load on the secondary stage and, in some cases, eliminating the need for it entirely.

In certain applications, the impact crushers manufactured with two aprons can be manufactured with three aprons to increase the rate of fine materials and eliminate the tertiary stage.

The upper body can be opened via a hydraulic system during maintenance, and thus, all the wearing parts can be accessed easily. The same hydraulic system is used in the adjustment of the distance between the aprons and the rotor.
