GURSAN Roll Crushers, which ensure continuous and uniform crushing of material, are ideal for producing fine and homogeneous products. The rollers and liners are made of wear-resistant cast steel. The adjustable roller gap allows adaptation to different material sizes and capacity requirements.

Roll surfaces can be smooth or grooved to accommodate the desired material size. Two smooth rolls are used for crushing fine material, one smooth and one grooved for medium-sized material, and two grooved rolls for crushing coarse material.

Roll Crushers are equipped with a hydropneumatic protection system to prevent tramp-metal within the feed material. This system also facilitates ball spacing adjustment. Roll Crushers can crush materials of various hardness and moisture content. The distance between the rolls can be adjusted to the desired material size within certain upper and lower limits. As the distance between the rolls increases, so does the capacity. The material the roller crusher can handle varies depending on the roll opening.

Power transmission from one roll to the next is provided by inflatable rubber tires. Shafts and Bearing Systems: The flywheel and roller shafts are made of SAE 4140 steel, supported by 22-series heavy-duty roller bearings and protected against dust and other elements by labyrinth seals. The roller hubs are made of cast iron and locked to the shaft with special tapered sleeve locks. These machines, distinguished by their consistently repeatable performance, are the preferred choice when powdered material is not required. With a 1/3 reduction ratio, they produce material with high fineness distribution but low dust content.
