GURSAN E-Series Vibrating Screens ensure high screening efficiency by distributing the fed material evenly. Their modular and durable design allows for easy maintenance and part replacement. With additional washing system, dust-proof enclosure, and banana-type options, they can adapt to various screening requirements.

GURSAN has developed the E-Series next-generation screens to meet the increasing demands of end users and provide them with the best screening solutions. In designing these screens, over 30 years of experience and expertise in manufacturing and application were combined with the latest technology. The designs were created using 3D CAD software, and critical components were subjected to stress analysis under severe operating conditions using specialized software integrated with the program.

The vibration system is designed to reach the high speeds required for effective screening, is easily adjustable to various conditions, and allows for quick and easy replacement of faulty parts when maintenance is required. This practical system, which ensures effective oscillation, consists of two twin vibration units (left and right) and an intermediate driveshaft that synchronizes these two vibrators, transferring power from the motors to each other. This system does not cause imbalances due to belt tension in belt-pulley systems. It does not transmit sieve vibrations to the motor and does not put extra loads on the motor shaft during starting and stopping.


All GURSAN E-Series vibrating screens are equipped with vibration dampers to suppress excessive oscillations during start-up and stop.










The entire body structure of GURSAN E-Series Vibrating Screens is designed in a modular way. All parts forming the body are manufactured on CNC machines so that they can be replaced with new ones sent from our factory site if needed in the future.
If coarse screening is required, the upper layers of the screen can be manufactured from perforated sheet metal or modular sheet metal cut in a grid shape. This ensures trouble-free screening and also protects against wear caused by coarse feed.
