GURSAN has been working on mineral processing technology such as crushing, washing, and sieving since 1979 for the processing of asphalt and concrete as well as various metals.

GURSAN brand started its activities in 1979 in Ostim Industrial Zone. Our founder H. Gürkan Kınav graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1963 as a high engineer and worked in Ankara Air HQ between 1964-1966. He worked in Ankara at PETKİM Petrokimya A.Ş. between 1967-1969, which belongs to the American contractor firm FOSTER WHEELER INC. In 1969, NACE MAKİNA SAN. LTD. ŞTİ., Where he worked as a project manager until 1976. Later, between 1976 and 1979, he worked as the manager of ÖZMAK MAKİNA AND ELEKTRİK A.Ş.

In 1979, he left ÖZMAK and founded a private company called "GÜR-SAN MAKİNA SANAYİ." GÜRSAN continued its operations as a private company from 1979 to 1997. Its first export was to France in 1991. In 1994, it moved from OSTİM to its factory in Sincan, where it continues its operations. In the same year, GURSAN became a limited company in 1997, with the participation of Ümit Ö. Kınav, who currently serves as the company's General Manager.
