Roller surface shapes are optional (flat or screwed) that depend on the materials' product size. For processing fine materials both the roller, and surfaces have to be flat. There is a protection system against iron that may be in material with hydro pneumatic system. This system also makes it easy to adjust the gap distance between rollers.

By using Roll Crushers, it is possible to crush materials that have a variety of hardness and moisture ratios. The distance between the rollers can be adjusted between the upper and the lower limits according to the desired size of the material. If the distance between rollers increases, the capacity increases accordingly.

The amount and size of material that the roller crusher can be fed are up to the gap distance between the rollers.

Drive system:
The first stage consists of belt-pulley; the second stage consists of the liquid lubricated gear assembly. Power transmission between rollers is provided by rubber wheels.

Shafts and bearing system: Fly Wheel shaft and roller shaft are made of carbon steel C45. These shafts are fixed to the body of the crusher by 22 series heavy-duty bearings and protected from dust and other influences by labyrinth seals. The hubs of rollers are made of cast iron and locked to the shaft by special conical sleeve locks.

The most important characteristics of these crushers are the ability to produce material without dust and continuous repeatable performances.
