The construction of GURSAN Reversible Impact Crushers is designed to transmit the impact force to the material in the most efficient way, ensuring long-lasting operation thanks to the metal protection systems and robust bearing structure.
The hydraulic system is used to adjust the distance between the aprons and the rotor. Adjustable impact aprons and the automatic sharpening of the blow bars during reverse action ensure a consistent product over time while maximizing the wear life of the hammers. The control of the entire hydraulic system is centralized and powered by a hand pump. A remote control system is also available as an option.

The Armour Plates at opposite surfaces where the rotor throws the material, are assembled to the body and apron surfaces with wedged inserts which enables the use of almost all of the armour plates and also completion of the disassembly-assembly process in a very short time. Since the lining and armour plates do not wear off in operation to the same degree, these parts are designed interchangeable, thereby the stock costs are reduced to a minimum.

The same hydraulic system is used in the adjustment of the distance between the aprons and the rotor.
Our rotors are manufactured from welded construction and internal stresses in the material formed after the welding process has been relieved by heat treatment. The hammers can be used in both directions (forward-reverse). Thanks to a specially designed hammer tightening system allows the use safely achieved high chromium alloy hammer, obtaining a high resistance to wear. In order to ensure full contact between the surfaces where the hammers lean on the rotor, these surfaces are ground. This, in turn, minimizes the shattering risk of the hammer and ensures that it can be manufactured from materials with much more hardness.
